The International Press Centre (IPC), implementing partner of component 4 of the European Union Support to Democratic Governance in Nigeria-Phase 2 (EUSDGN 11) project, calls for expression of interest from vendors for the supply/production of Jotters, Pens and Tote bags as workshop materials. The supply/production of the aforementioned workshop materials is required by IPC to serve as visibility materials for its workshops/capacity-building activities under the EUSDGN II project.
ITEMS TO BE SUPPLIED/PRODUCED
- 1000 pieces of IPC/EU branded Jotters;
- 1000 pieces of IPC/EU branded writing Pens;
- 1000 pieces of IPC/EU branded Tote bags (padded)
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Each of the jotters would be hardcover, spiral bound, 50 white sheets of bond paper (80 gsm). In addition, each inner page of the jotter shall be lined and have the approved IPC/EU insignia (in colour) at the bottom strip. The dimension of the jotter shall be 8 inches in height by 6 inches in width.
- Each of the writing pens (ballpoint) would have an inscription that gives credit to IPC/EU.
- Each of the padded Tote bags would have an imprint of the approved IPC/EU insignia.
INFORMATION TO VENDORS/SUBMISSION OF LETTER OF INTEREST
- Interested vendors should send their notice of interest/response to the call as a vendor to the email address below, stating their capacity and capability to supply/produce the materials, as applicable.
- Shortlisted vendors shall be invited to a briefing meeting to sight/examine sample copies of the respective visibility materials, after which they shall be required to submit quotations for the items within a given time frame.
ALL correspondence and submission of the ‘LETTER OF INTEREST’ in respect of the CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST should be directed via email to the IPC Procurement committee at procurement@ipcng.org on before Tuesday, October 18, 2022.
